supergnu
-I did not get iDeneb v1.3 to work (kernel pani as startup, with each available kernel) -I did not get iDeneb v1.4 to work (still waiting for boot device at startup, after successful installation) -Kalyway 10.5.2 DOES work with the default configuration! the problem is, i need at least 10.5.5 for Iphone SDK - so i tried to make an update - but for this i need my onboard LAN to work (it's a Realtek 8111D chip) - so I installed this: http://store.psystar.com/opensource/r1000?...2a26f12fe984e5b kext, which is said to support RLT8111 - but after i insalled it (using the kext helper), i got kernel panic at startup really don't know what i could do next - already trying to get this to work for a week now!! please help! thank you! Thank you very much! When you get that Kernel Panic you are referring to, I have found that it can be solved by: 1. Start up iDeneb installation DVD 2. Load Terminal 3. In terminal "cd /Volumes/(YOURVOLUMENAME)/System/Library/Extensions" 4. "rm -r AppleIntelCPU (press TAB after that to autocomplete) " 5. "reboot" Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/153782-startup-problem-kernel-panic-ideneb-v13-1055/#findComment-1098671 Share on other sites
