HP dv3029tx no sound

hi,

im a very VERY VERY VERY noob in mac,

trying to get along with mac coz i think it is better than windows,

i cannot hear a sound, cannot use wifi n cannot shutdown after i press shutdown, it juz stay hang,

hope sum1 can help me,

a big thank u for my savior,
