gruh Posted February 14, 2009 Share Posted February 14, 2009 Hi, I have Installed the Kalyway 10.5.2 release on my PC ASUS Commando P965+ICH8R HDD Seagate Barracuda 500GB IDE DVD JMicron controller Intel Pentium D 915 2.8 GHz NVidia GeForce 6600 When I was installing I didn't select drivers for my chipset as I have believed that selecting more than one drivers the install will fail. But these were selected by default and I just have deselected. My problem is that when I'm running MAC I hear some noise from the mobo - the same like when machine restarts, but the PC doesn't restart at all. Restart works, for shut down don't know.The motherboard is still in warranty, but I don't want to damage it. Please for some advice. Thank you.
