Jash Sayani
I have to replace some kext files on the HD as Leopard is not starting after modifying kexts. I need to access the Leopard partition using Terminal on the Kalyway Install DVD. "ls" shows only the files on the DVD. How do I access the HD ? keithd1998
Go to /Volumes and you should see the DVD volume in there Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/153086-using-terminal-from-install-dvd/#findComment-1080510 Share on other sites

keithd1998
It should just do it automatically. If you open terminal and "cd /Volumes/" and then do an ls what do you see? You harddrive partition should be listed in there.
