I have a question on whether I should or should not even try to get this laptop to run Leopard. Its critical specs are its a 855 chipset running a Pentium M processor(sse2 only). I've tried using Kalyway but its been a waste of time as the dvd never finishes booting. If Leopard can run on a Pentium M processor, which release should I use? Alternatively if getting Leopard to run is a nightmare which Tiger release would be the best? I know that some people have had success with Tiger using JAS but thats all...

Hi ,

dell x300 works fine with kalyway 10.5.2 and speedstep.

Audio plays out of the box and you can activate wi-fi and ethernet with some search.

I'll also add the bult in bluetooth module so i'll let you know.

ical or some other apps fail to load but is up to you to find the solution.
