GamingRobot Posted February 11, 2009 Share Posted February 11, 2009 It installs fine but when i go to boot i use the -v tag and the boot hangs at: mac framework successfully initialized using 2621 buffer headers and 2621 cluster io buffer headers using ideneb 1.4 10.5.6 I did an install for it i selected only the essential packages that i know of they are: Kernel: Voodo Chip set: Intel I don't quite know the specs of the machine, there hard to find online. zeroprezens Posted April 19, 2009 Share Posted April 19, 2009 Bumping this thread. I have this exact same laptop. I have tried JaS Tiger and everything worked except my PCMCIA slots. I tried a fix posted on here, but after I did that, the PCMCIA slots would work, but I would get a kernel panic during every boot. I have Ubuntu on there right now, but I just got done downloading iDeneb 1.4 and am about to try it. I'll post back with results.
