U.C. Posted February 10, 2009 Share Posted February 10, 2009 Aluminium....they look way better and its just a $80 difference, which is like 6% of the price of the white one. Plus you get like better FSB Speeds, DDR3 RAM and newer Peryn CPU's. If you buy the white plastic you are always gonna wish you bought the Aluminium one....so might as well. EDIT: You also get the new touchpad. TheAppleFreak Posted March 20, 2009 Share Posted March 20, 2009 Unless you really need the mouse button (which I prefer, but only because I used my BlackBook fir 11 months now) and the FireWire 400 port, I'd definitely go with the aluminum MacBook. For only $80, you get higher speeds, newer processors, and the knowledge that the computer will not be obsolete any time soon in terms of design.
