michaela086 Posted February 9, 2009 Share Posted February 9, 2009 I enstalled about 5 different versions of OSX86 before i could even get it to boot Kalyway 10.5.1 finally got it installed, did a boot fix, and also had to bypass the configuration in-order to get it to finally boot, but i got it working. so now i can dual boot vista and OSX but the atheros 5007 wireless isnt working, the video drivers are not working, no webcam, no nothing has anyone else put osx on the new hp G60-235DX??? ive ran osx86 on about 5 differnt machines, and i have always been able to find fixes by googleing the problem, but not with this one... thanks in advance for any help Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/152183-need-help-with-hp-g60-235dx-drivers/ Share on other sites More sharing options...

On install, here is what worked and what didn't for me: Work: Webcam works. Ethernet works. Keyboard works. Trackpad works. Don't work: Sound does not work. Wireless does not work. Resolution only displays at 1024x768. I didn't get the welcome movie and that made me sad, but at least OS X loaded. I managed to partially get the wireless working after searching around in the forums here. I have yet to find out how to fix the resolution or sound problems.
