pax
I have a Thinkpad T40p and just got OSX running. I installed the 10.4.4/5 DVD and then did an upgrade to 10.4.6. Almost everything is running without a problem. The only issue I have is the graphics cards defaults to 1024x768. If I change it during boot up using: -x "Graphics Mode"="1440x1050" (its a VESA 2.0 driver) The OS down grades it to 1400x1050 when it's fully running, no problem there. The issue is when I change the com.apple.Boot.plist file to match the setting it doesn't work. I enter: <key>Graphics Mode</key> <string>1400x1050</string> When it gets to the login screen it's unreadable. I've tried booth 1400x1050 and 1440x1050. Any ideas what's going on?
