igul222 Posted April 17, 2006 Share Posted April 17, 2006 Hi, I have a deadmoo image of osx, and I can run it sucessfully in VMWare. I get a waiting for root device if i boot it up natively. Is there any way to get osx86 running natively on my pc? Apparently, Apple doesn't like my IDE Raid controller Specs: nvidia geforce 6600 256mb ram asus p5gd1 motherboard (i915 chipset) intel p4@3ghz processor i have the developer install DVD, if it helps. Sabr Posted April 17, 2006 Share Posted April 17, 2006 Check you have your jumpers set correctly... I had to change them to make it stop saying "Waiting for root device..." (change it to master).
