wiz2zard
Hi, I installed the iDeneb 1.3 10.5.5 distri. Everything works perfect. Sound, Graphic ... When I open up the Finder, I see my Time Capsule, MacBook or NAS in the sidebar. When I click for example on my Time Capsule, the Finder shows me the rainbow ball for a while, and then nothing. The image from the Time Capsule changes to an ordinary screen (when mac os x does not know what for an device this is) but I can still not connect. When I close the Finder or restart him, the finder doesn't even show me the Time Capsule anymore. The same thing happens if I click on any other device in the sidebar. My NAS is only available when I connect through an SMB Share. The weired thing is, my hackintosh is perfectly available from all other devices on my network. So I can easily connect from my MacBook. What is wrong with my network? I hope anyone has some Ideas or suggestions. atwinda
I am having the same problem. I have two osX86 installs on my network, and my roommates macbook. the macbook can access the shared resources via finder just fine. when I try to connect via the finder on either of the osx86 installs, the shared resources just disappear. However, if I press command + k, and type in the ip address of the other computer from the osx86 installs, i can access the shared resources. it works, although, I'd love to have it working "right".
