alfe Posted February 8, 2009 Share Posted February 8, 2009 I got a P4 ECS 915Pa Motherboard and ive been trying to install Osx on it for 9 hours now..what am i doing wrong..ive tried using PC Wiz current Disto along with the XXX distro..any insider tips on getting this bad boy to work.? Also ive been trying to install with Vanilla kernal could this be the issue? specs are Processor p4 . Perceval l'Hylien Posted February 8, 2009 Share Posted February 8, 2009 Do you try to install osx using Personalize option ? If it's not, that's the problem. You need to install some modded kexts to make it work (ie ACPI, cpus-1 fix, ...).
