NTFS Volume name: Version 3.1 error on Windows 7 + 10.5 dual boot

Hi,

I need some help for NTFS error. I am trying to install iPC OSX86 Universal+PPF5 on my Latitude X1. HDD is partitioned into 1) NTFS, 2)HFS+, and 3) NTFS. Windows 7 is already installed and running on the first partition and I am trying to set up OSX86 on the second partition.

DVD boot goes smoothly by default with Chameleon 1.0.11 and Voodoo Kernel 9.5.0, which I also choose from the installation menu. Upon booting from HDD with -v option, it goes as far as

NTFS volume name , version 3.1.

NTFS volume name Data, version 3.1.

and it stops and goes into reboot.

Perhaps I should have avoided NTFS from the beginning, but Windows 7 installs only on NTFS. Also, the fact that DVD boots normally seems to suggest that I just need to reproduce the condition DVD is booting by choosing a right kext so that NTFS is properly recognised.

If someone point me the kext or something that I need to choose, I will really appreciate it.

Sorry for reviving an old thread but this is the only thread that covers this topic.

I am also having the type of error mentioned above. I am able to install and boot into safe mode but whenever i boot normally it always hangs on "NTFS volume name Gateway, version 3.1".

I attached a screen shot (bad quality but its the best i could do).

Does anybody have an idea on what could be causing this?

Edit: It appears to be a graphics card issue.
