Tacos Are Tasty
So, as my first post on this site, I'm going to ask: How do I install Leopard on my notebook? I would prefer step by step layman's directions and using my retail Leopard DVD. Specs: Intel® Core 2 Duo processor T5550 Intel® PM965 Chipset ATI Mobility Radeon HD 2600 Graphics Full Specs: http://support.gateway.com/s/Mobile/2008/T...15363Rsp8.shtml Thanks in advance! -----Backstory----- I've been researching and attempting to install a retail copy of Leopard on my notebook since July 2008. I've tried to use the forums but I still don't understand some concepts and many explanations have gotten too technical. One time, in December 2008, I used boot-132 to load and install the retail Leopard disk. After completing the installation, the notebook restarted but I received a garbled screen; similar to this guy: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php...rt=#entry210075. I finally tried one more time this week, hoping for more developments on the mobility drivers, particularly the ATI Mobility Radeon HD 2600.
