Disregard:

You need to supply more information. What driver are you currently using? Often with Ralink adapters you need to unplug them for a second and then plug back in. A way to fix this particular issue is:

at start up type

-f

if that fixes the issue you can download OSX86Tools, install, run it, and click on the "Add EFI Strings/Boot Flag" button. From there it's pretty self-explanatory. Type in the -f in the first text box and then hit apply.

It appears that the best driver for our stupid chipset is by Prasys, which appears to be causing frequent kernel panics (freezing up, usually with a message that you must restart your computer). We desperately need a new driver for this chipset, and there is certainly more demand for it than us. I really don't want to go out and buy another adapter when this one has the potential to work right.

Can anyone recommend the best 10.5 compatible driver for the RT73/RT2500 (assuming they are the same thing)? These KP's are driving me nuts.
