MacWannaBe
Still not sure if this method will work on the following: HP DC5800 (See here: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16883107626 ) Basically: Intel Core 2 Duo E4600(2.4GHz) Integrated Intel GMA 3100 (Will update to Nvida card later) Integrated High Definition audio with Realtek 2 channel ALC260 codec (all ports are stereo) Northbridge: Intel Q33 Southbridge: ICH9 I've tried this already, and the OSX dvd stops loading after the "font switches" with no clear error. I'm doubting my OSX dvd, so I will try another...but I was just curious if I've missed something based on these specs alone. I have tried both BOOT-KABYL-BUMBY and generic.iso with no success. Thanks. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/150985-would-boot-132-will-work-on-this-hp-with-intel-q33-chipset/ Share on other sites
