AHey
Ok, here's the deal. I did set up iDeneb v1.3 yesterday on my PC. I used a dualboot sys with WinXP. Each had its partition, Journaled HSF(or w/e) for Mac OS X and NTSF for XP. Each partition had a size of 30 GB that i concidered would be enough for both systems with applications yaddayadda. Now the total of the HD is 320 GB. That left me with HSF+NTFS+FAT32 (for storing). I was unaware of the aged FAT system's failures and faults. 4 GB threshold.... However. Now i did an installation yesterday where i just klicked on the patches little checkbox and installed all drivers. Now i got the widely spread blue screen issue where the system booted but got stuck on the blue screen post to the grey loading screen. Thus i went into the bios and enabled and disabled back and forth with no idea of what i was doing until i got a result and my system booted. Ta-da! After a while i noticed the issue with the FAT and i decided to reinstall it all. I was thinking that it would be as easy as it was the first time but nope, i kicked myself in the balls by uninstalling my working system but hey. So i figured i would remember how i solved the problem. But i did not. Now i want someone with a similar rack to inform me of how to get it rocking. I've been trying back and forth with clicking different drivers in the customize window in installation with no success. Atleast my soundcard is working, (the built in one) Specs: MB: MSI K9N Platinum (nForce 570 ULTRA) Professor: AMD Athlon X2 64 +4600 RAM: 2x 1GB Kingston 667mhz RAM HD: Seagate Baracuda S-ATA 320 GB GFX: Sapphire ATI X1900XT 512 MB PCI-E I might add that i have a Creative Audigy SB card and a fully functional NEC DVD+-R DL writer connected to the computer if that changes anything Please do tell me if you need any more information. Thanks Thanks in advance for any help. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/150884-ideneb-v13-leo155-trubbles/ Share on other sites
