Leopard 10.5.2 locks up with sata activity, any clue why?

I have installed JaS 10.5.2 no problem, and added appropriate kexts to get sound, graphics and ethernet cards working.

 

Couple questions.

 

The computer experiences lock ups (desktop is locked from mouse movement) and I cant figure out why.

 

It seems to only happen when there is heavy disk loads to either IDE disk, or SATA disk.

 

I have tried setting sata mode to ahci or ide, and it locks up with both modes.

 

I have a ASUS P35E premium WIFI, so it is a JMicron controller. Graphics is G80 8800GTS 640MB with NVDarwin 1.2.5.

 

Everything but wireless is working.

 

Also, anyone know how to get wireless working on ASUS p35e premium???
