I installed the microsoft intellitype software. Has anyone experienced this? Is my hardware faulty or is it my software? I'm having the same problem with the mouse and it's driving me crazy. I've looked everywhere on Microsoft's website and can't find a single thread for this (no surprise there). shaishap Posted April 15, 2009 Share Posted April 15, 2009 Did you ever get this resolved? I'm having the same problem with the mouse and it's driving me crazy. I've looked everywhere on Microsoft's website and can't find a single thread for this (no surprise there). I'm also having freezes of my mouse. can't really use it. All other weem to work great. have any ideas?
