Hi guys, I just wanted to know if leopard is stable on our hackintoshes ?

I mean, I have IDeneb 1.3, and I installed leo with vanilla and 5-6 drivers. It runs so great, and I can't stop wondering if I can have "faith" in it. My goal is to use leopard more and more, but I wanted to know if keeping some data on it is more risky than on windows, or is it more secure ? I know that I have to be careful with kexts and everything, but I certainly won't play with it... To your mind, should I leave windows behind, and start using OSX more and more ? A long time ago, I wanted to buy a real mac, but I realized I hadn't enough money and, let's say it clearly, this installation really amazes me, I still can't believe how it runs so well...

for this reason I formated one of my disk to use it in TimeMachine, to backup my system disk, where leo is installed. Also I installed ntfs driver, so I keep all my data at ntfs(windows ready) drives.

using leo ideneb 1.3 for 3 month, its all ok (=

besides, if your hackintosh will fail to boot, you can easely restore all your data from timemachine, after reinstalling leo.
