Spunky17
I've got a nice plain vanilla install of Lepord 10.5.6 using iPC final as a utility partition/workbase. I've got all my custom kexts loading from /Extra with the exception of AppleHDA.kext and a small edit to the NVDANV40Hal.kext to add my card's id to the list. With that being said all I need to do now is add my card's EFI string to the Boot.plist file along with the time machine fix. My question is, could I apply the EFI strings and then move the modified Boot.plist into /Extra and restore the original virgin Boot.plist, thus preserving my almost virgin install. I know if you do the EFI boot partition you can put on there inside the /Extra directory. I was wondering the the same hold true for the /Extra directory on the boot drive. Thanks.
