raptor967 Posted January 28, 2009 Share Posted January 28, 2009 Hey - Very important Question! I was using the OSX86 tools/chameleon method to boot the MSiWindOSx86.iso from my usb flash. I followed the method where I used OSX86tools and Chameleon. When I was running Chameleon, I thought the first run through was to install, not to actually run it, so I just selected it on my friend's macbook pro harddrive. Then, I re-read the directions and placed it on my flash drive (which works fine now...). My question is, will my friend's macbook (which I also installed the Chameleon thing on) be okay? He hasn't restarted yet, but once he does, can he boot up? Is there something I can do to get the regular EFI back on? In case Chameleon did something.... PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TO DO!!!?!??! EDIT: Okay, so I've been doing some reading, and the command to use is to re-"bless" the mac osx efi that's built in. Now, my friend hasn't restarted/shut down his computer yet, so is there something I can do now? Please....anyone?
