Habe diese Woche einen alten HP D530 Ultra-Slim (P4, 2.8, 512 MB) vor dem Müll gerettet und möchte da gerne mal testweise 10.5 installieren. Im Bootprompt kann ich zwar -v eingeben, aber er bricht sofort ab. Im Moment versuche ich es mit einer iATKOS5i und vorher habe ich mit iPC (Patch 1-3) probiert. Kann mir jemand bitte bitte mit den richtigen Einstellungen (im Installationsmenü) weiterhelfen? pastakasta Posted January 28, 2009 Author Share Posted January 28, 2009 Danke für die zahlreichen Anworten. ;) Mit viel rumprobieren habe ich iPCPPF5 mit dem 9.4.0 StageXNU Universal Kernel installieren können. Bei allen anderen Kerneln gehen läuft die Installation zwar durch, aber danach bleibt der Rechner beim Booten stehen (siehe OP). Jetzt brauche ich noch Netzwerk, die passende Auflösung (1280x1024) und noch Sound. Was jemand Bescheid?
