Ok, i have got a problem with istalling MacOSX on my computer.

I get the error message System config file '/com.apple.Boot.plist not found after the initial bootloader screen.

I have searched very, very hard to get this solved but to no prevail. I even bought a new sata HDD and a new sata dvd/cd reader/writer. To try to get it to work.

I have tried all versions of Mac OS/X including "XxX 1.5.6", "leo4allv3", "leo4allv4 (beta)", "iPC 1.5.6" and "ideneb" not sure if i missed one.

Please i would love if someone could help me. Or direct me as to what i should do..

I have tried using AHCI, only have one master journaled partition, tried burning the cd on lower speeds..

System configuration:

Asus P5W Dh deluxe

Intel 2.4 GHZ dual core

4 GB Ram

Gigabyte Geforce 9600 GT (silent)

700gb hdd

Same problem here, using IPC 10.5.6 Final, after installation the message appear after reboot. I used to run with Kalyway, and it still works to install from. But it feels old compare to the new IPC.

- I´ve burned two DVDs with MD5 checksum verified at slowest speed

- Unplugged all other hard-drives

- Installed with different kernel (but it doesn't feel like a kernel issue)

Gigabyte DS3P-R

Intel Q6600 Core2Quad

4GB RAM

Nvidia 9800GTX+

Think I found my problem, when not selecting the 9800gtx video driver the installation goes fine. When installing the 9800gtx driver after installation with the package inside the iPC dvd the boot.plist gets screwed up. So I used aquaman's installer and now everything works. For me the 9800gtx installer provided from the IPC distro simply does not work.
