  1. Hi, i have successfully installed OS/X and resolved previous motherboard, printer, video and audio issues - will post a success story later on. However, i do still have an issue that is pretty annoying. My USB mouse (logitech MX518) stops working at random. It has no specific duration between the stops. It would be great if anyone could assist me with this issue. Thanks. Edit: Issue number two is with my Webcam, logitech communicate stx, if anyone know how to get it to work with OSX, please dont hesitate to reply, thanks!   2. Doesn't really matter which distribution you use, just make sure that if you have AMD you choose an AMD compatible version.
  3. Hello everyone, im thinking.. or rather, i have decided to buy new hardware to build my own hackintosh but i am unsure how compatible it will be. Straight to the point, this is what im looking in to. ASUS GEFORCE 9800GT 512MB DDR3 PCI-E DVI GIGABYTE GA-EP45-DS3 S-775 ATX What do you guys think about the compability with OS/X? Thanks..
  4. Ok, i have got a problem with istalling MacOSX on my computer. I get the error message System config file '/com.apple.Boot.plist not found after the initial bootloader screen. I have searched very, very hard to get this solved but to no prevail. I even bought a new sata HDD and a new sata dvd/cd reader/writer. To try to get it to work. I have tried all versions of Mac OS/X including "XxX 1.5.6", "leo4allv3", "leo4allv4 (beta)", "iPC 1.5.6" and "ideneb" not sure if i missed one. Please i would love if someone could help me. Or direct me as to what i should do.. I have tried using AHCI, only have one master journaled partition, tried burning the cd on lower speeds.. System configuration: Asus P5W Dh deluxe Intel 2.4 GHZ dual core 4 GB Ram Gigabyte Geforce 9600 GT (silent) 700gb hdd
  5. OSx freezes when mounting DMG file

    Right now i'm using netkas kernel speedstep, formatted to try if that works better. I am using the IPc 10.5.6 installation.
  6. Hi everyone.. this is my first post and i would first like to thank this site and its members for all the wonderfull contributions, installation help etc. Now to the issue. I have got a very big problem. The thing is, as the topic says, my hackintosh freeze when mounting a DMG file. It doesnt matter what file it is, i have tried several like firefox, vlc, etc. After completing the download using safari, it automatically mount the file and the screen goes grey with the standard grey text (you need to restart your computer) message. I have no clue what so ever why this is happening and i am willing try out anything! Please help.
