Redliner Posted January 24, 2009 Share Posted January 24, 2009 used XFX 8600gt, was factory oc'd to 680mhz... cooled with a zalman cooler... stays very very cool. ran every game i've ever played... even company of heroes with mostly medium settings at 1680x1050. Consistently gets 60fps in CS:S, DOD, etc... (with 60Hz V-Sync on, of course) Runs OS X flawlessly, like, use nvinstaller and you're good to go. never any trouble... I pretty much aslways have two monitors hooked up and what not... QE, etc... supported... runs absolutely everything mac has to offer. used regularly for google sketchup as well.
