EMGBLOOD
Okay, so I'm brand new to this whole running Mac on PC thing... But I managed to get it running smoothly on my laptop which btw is a Acer Extensa 4220 : Intel Celeron processor 560 (2.13Ghz, 533Mhz FSB, 1MB L2 Cache) Intel GMA X3100 1GB DDR2 Everything install fine and works pretty well... sound and wireless worked on boot. There is just a few issues that'd i'd like someone with more knowledge to help me with... I've been hunting through the forums for a while now, and decided this would be the better idea. 1.) My CD-ROM works perfectly except... I can't get it to Eject while running Mac... I can eject when booting and throw my disc in really quick and get it to work. The same goes for my USB i have to boot with the device in the USB port. Anyone know why that is.. or care to help me on it? 2.) When Mac goes to sleep... and I wake er' up, my Screen is still sleepy. haha... anyone know why that is? Any help would be awfully appreciated, and if I figure out how to make all this work... I'll def post it here to let everyone know what I did. ----- I figured out the CD-ROM thing... haha I felt kinda stupid... I can eject the drive with mac... just can't manually do it by pressing the cdrom haha Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/148931-a-few-hardware-issues/ Share on other sites
