XFX nVidia GeForce 8600GT XXX Kext (Installer)

Hey evryone,

 

i used iAktos 5i, iDeneb 1.3.. (all 10.5.5 vanilla and voodoo kernel)

 

When i installed iAktos i used voodoo kernel evry thing was fine... after reboot

 

1. vlc was playing with audio too fast with click-click sound..

2. lock screen was not working.. when after screen saver it would'nt ask for password.

then with iDeneb 1.3

i am not getting 1366x768 resolution which is my native resolution..( max 1280x720)

 

 

i am using

 

XFX GeForce 8600GT XXX -----------(MB Intel DG35EC. )

I OC my card from 620Mhz to 640Mhz.. is there any problem with dat?

and OC memory too..

 

plzz can any one supply a working driver with QE/CE/GL support.. ( Should I need strings for 8600GT XXX edition though)

Delete whatever graphics kexts you might have installed, download and run efiStudio. You can google for a nvinstaller .52 download to get efiStudio. Reboot with the -x and test.

instal with efi studio for type series 7xxx until 8xxx series

 

for series 9xxx instal with nvdarwin

 

before delete: nvinject,nvkush

 

than instal type vga nvidia & memory size

 

than restart & done!

 

this is 8xxxseries (nvidia) with efi studio driver

 

 

 

and this is for 9xxx (nvidia) series with nvdarwin ( must instal with leopard 10.5.6)
