How to I move items into frameworks folder?

I updated to 10.4.6, and the note inculded in tha patch says

 

Note to Intel users:

 

after install you'll find a directory in /System/Library/Frameworks_disabled

here you'll find frameworks that can't be used on an amd system because maxxuss hasn't cracked them yet.

You can copy them in the normal Frameworks directory. Don't do this on with an amd cpu.

 

But its say read-only, I also cp -R in single user mode but prompt read-only..

 

can someone guide me how to copy those files from the disabled folder over?
