guru Posted April 13, 2006 Share Posted April 13, 2006 ok so this what happened, i installed 10.4.4 and the install went fine, but after that the host rebooted and all i get is a black screen with a underscore on the top left of the screen. here is the details of my machine. VMware 5.5 Intel Pentium D 930 Asus P5VD1-X i'm a bit new to this.
