Antshill
Hey all, I was up last night trying to get either one working with no avail. Paranoid tried to help but we got stuck. Here's the run down. Goal: 10.5.5+ Machine: IBM T61 C2D 2.2Ghz X3100 AD1986 (dont care about no sound) Intel Ethernet (will work with correct kext) Intel 4965ABGN (wont work...but will get a usb wireless instead) Scenarios: Kalyway: 10.5.2 installs fine, when I try to upgrade (using 2 patches that Paranoid sent me) via Software Update...Upon reboot I get the gray screen with apple...screen turns blue...then turns into some broken looking screen saver (colors change but it looks like someone stepped on it) XxX: Install goes without a hitch...on first boot I get the same broken screen saver. Paranoid had me download natil(sp?) drivers and tried to go through the installation dvd -> terminal to update it with no success. Anyone help please!
