I booted on it and try to install mac os but mac os doesn't want to install on a dedicated partition. and when I reboot, I have to use my vista install disk to repair the mbr. Someone can help me?. There is a lot of information and for a beginner it is a little bit difficult to find the good information thank you so much!!! insomnimac
Download another distro like iPC 1.5.6. This is very easy to install, all you need to know are your pc specs and then choose the right drivers for it and voila it's done. You will need a seperate partition for OS X to install too and I';d recommend getting Easy BCD to edit your boot info. no one is going to hodl your hand and tell you how to exactly install it, so do some research search and read and you'll soon be enjoying OSX Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/147294-mac-os-154-on-my-dell-xps-need-your-help/#findComment-1051408 Share on other sites
