kamilwaheed Posted January 16, 2009 Share Posted January 16, 2009 Hi, Would really appreciate if someone lets me know to force mount a usb drive. What happens is whenever i connect the usb drive on to a PC and remove it without 'SAFELY REMOVE HARDWARE' in Windows, the MAC OS says that I have to safely remove or force mount it. I don't have a PC with Windows right now. So, the only option left is to force mount it. I am using MAC OS X 10.5.5, Please help me force mounting this USB drive. I've also tried two options displayed in the error message to force mount the drive but neither of which work. So, please tell me some other trick to do this. Thanks..
