bickyb
I would like to share an NTFS drive over the network with my Hackintosh. Does anyone have any good pointers on how to do this and have it working? I am running Kalway 10.5.2. Not sure if I am going to need special software to do this. From my reading Macs can talk to FAT32 without a problem, but NTFS is a whole nother ballgame. bickyb
Ok, I seem to have things working. Not sure if this is what did it, but I had to play around with Window's IRPStackSize setting in the Windows Registry. GermanMafia
Any more detail on what you did? It seems like this might work, http://lifehacker.com/software/mac-os-x/ho...-mac-247148.php Haven't tried it yet though. bickyb
The steps in that article are what I did. I also had to play around with the registry as I posted before. Also in Windows XP, make sure you have File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks enabled.
