Yakko
Hello... I'm French, so excuse me for my english ... I Have the same laptop (N50VN) with NVidia 9650 1 Go ! So, can you tell me exactly the options you select at the install of iDeneb 1.3 10.5.5 ! I can install and stop at un another point with: - Language French - X11 - ICHFixed - CPUs=1-Fix - ACPI-fix - Apple SMBios -> Macbook (important for you stop point) - IOUSB Family - Power Management You can also select NVInjectGo or NVKrush ... Nothing better with her ... At this point i stop on NDSResponder, probably need to look into the network card ... For the maj to 10.5.6 you have the french site i link previously http://xsolutions.free.fr/home/eeepc/esolu...date10.5.6.html You need an usb keyboard and usb mouse ... I think images are good to understand, or use google translate !!! For the sound, at this time, no solution ... For Wireless, no solution too ... Can someone of you show a tutorial for this notebook? It would be nice. You need to use the ideneb 1.3 10.5.5 for install ! At the first reboot press any key for boot option put -v -x and do this at all boot unless you have install the 10.5.6 maj and the graphics driver ! nomak
Hello again I find really difficult to update my 10.5.5 to 10.5.6 I use this tutorial http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?showtopic=144333 but to many things doesn't work. nomak
Of course but this article is only about backup. You suggest that after following these steps I will successfull run update and complete it installation? I had problem with DSDT patcher (in link post above) so I don't know but if you can I can also wright. QE/CI is full hardware accelleration for Graphic Card. You can check this in that window with specs of computer when you click Graphic Card. You can always download aperture and try it run. You will see what error I get. nomak
I noticed that in OSX86 tools is an option Enable Quartz Extreme and it works. QuartzGL is supported but it's not enough. There is Quartz which is still not supported and Apertur will not run. I will run aperture because in other case it was not worth to insall mac. I have nothing to do on it than graphics and maybe music also.
