Sorry for yet another noob question, But I cannot seem to get 10.5.2 Kalyway nor 10.4.8 JaS to even start installing on my pc. I have a copy of each that have both been installed fine on other systems, verifying theres nothing wrong with the discs. 10.5.2 will load much further (about 30-45 seconds) than 10.4.8, but neither will actually finish loading up the disc to start the installation process. I have tried to see what the last part loaded is before the reboot, but it is too fast. But from what I can see it's something to the effect of Loading HFS.....apple/.../../system

I have tried typing -x or -x -legacy or -x -v -legacy, etc... Also, if I dont type -x it reboots after only three lines of text or so are shown.

I have seen countless posts by others who have installed leo and tiger on the same system, which is why I'm so puzzled.
