condition_unknown
I've got osx86 up and running without any graphics drivers. The trouble I'm having is when i go to install nvidia drivers. I'm using iPC 10.5.6 and have tried 2 of the drivers included on the disc as well as a couple of others on this forum. After installing and I reboot, the screen goes blue, then black and never goes any further. Is there any way for me to boot the system without loading the drivers so i dont have to reformat every time I try a driver? And am I having trouble because my graphics card has more than 256mb of ram? Any suggestions to what I can do would be helpful. Franfj
Yes, start it with the option -x in darwin loader (or -s if -x don't work, but this will be in console mode...). And try this http://nvinject.free.fr/512Mb.html it worked for my 7900 GTO Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/146480-7900-gto-512mb/#findComment-1039922 Share on other sites
