Not Working: Patching 10.4.4 to 10.4.6 dvd

Hokay

 

I am fortunate enough to have a legit 10.4.4 install dvd and have used it to make my current 10.4.5 machine(s) now when I try to apply the JAS 10.4.6 patch file to make a nice 10.4.6 install dvd it gives me grief.

 

as I apply Jas's patch it always says

 

cp: /Volumes/osx86dvd/usr/libexec/oah/translate: No such file or directory

chown: /Volumes/osx86dvd/usr/libexec/oah/translate: No such file or directory

chmod: /Volumes/osx86dvd/usr/libexec/oah/translate: No such file or directory

 

for any files under the Volumes folder, when I go and look on my install disk there are no files under the Volume folder, hence the error

 

Any ideas?
