Hi, I´ve tried to install ToH x86 9A581 RC2, I´ve got a problem when i get to the part where i need to format the drive to install the OS in disk utility, i can´t see my Sata HDD, i think this may be an usual problem, but i´d like to know if there is a solution (a solution that can be understood by a 5yo :D ).

I installed an old 4g IDE HD an i could format it in disk utility (unfortunatelly the disk is too small to instal the OS) ¿does anybody know if i could install the OS if my IDE drive were bigger? (i really dont want to spend money buying a new ide drive if i cant put leopard to work)

I also connected a 2g memory stick pro duo and disk utility recognized it.

PC specs: intel P4 3.0g, mother asrock p4vm800, 160 sata HD

Thanks

ata will work. sata depends on controler, but i think that u ll have more problems than just this...

on other hand, its possible that it will need just change/add DevId to info.plist in APPLEVIAATA.kext /or name like this/ under system/library/extension (open package). Find how to DevId is mentioned on site many times..
