gizmo71 Posted January 9, 2009 Share Posted January 9, 2009 Hello, Because my asus p5n-e sli gives to much problems (usb,booting,sound,lan) I'm going to buy a new mobo. It has to be almost out of the box working. It's ofcourse not a problem if audio and lan isn't working but has to work after patch. I heard that nforce sucks for vanilla etc. So I want a intel chipset now. It also has to be a good board for some games and windows ofc. This is the list I took out of the hcl list. Please say if one of that is good and work good with osx86 and if you know another good board please tell me. Many people go for a Gigabyte motherboard, but Asus make fine motherboard that work great. Not all of the motherboards have everything working. Check the HCL @ the wiki for details. The HD4670 isn't working, again, check the HCL for working graphics cards.
