hi,

i've been trying to install OSX on my computer using iDeneb v1.3 for quite some time now.

my problem is there is only one sata hdd in it and i'd like to install OSX on one partition of it.

the dvd boots fine, but whenever i go into disk utilities to format the partition the drive is not recognized.

here is some information about my pc from everest:

CPU Type

DualCore Intel Core 2 Duo E6300, 1866 MHz (7 x 267)

Motherboard Name

MSI MS-7318 (Medion OEM)

Motherboard Chipset

VIA CN800/P4M890/PT890

IDE Controller

VIA Serial ATA Controller - 5287

HDD

Seagate ST3320820AS (320 GB, 7200 RPM, SATA-II)

is there a way to insert a working driver into the install dvd?

also i've been trying to use a vmware install and then boot natively using the following tuturials:

http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?sho...20PATA&st=0

http://wiki.osx86project.org/wiki/index.ph...ATA_hard_drives

but i get a "com.apple.Boot.plist not found" error...

any suggestions?
