Hi there!

I have the following machine:

  • ASUS P5K Premium Wifi AP
  • Intel Q6700
  • ATi 3650 512MB OC Edition
  • 4GB RAM

I got iPC OSx86 Leopard 10.5.6 Public Beta and selected

  • 9.4.0 universal kernel (the default 9.5.0 got me a kernel panic right after loading the kexts with -f)
  • 3650 Driver
  • Intel ICHx Driver
  • JMicronATA for JMicron IDE
  • AD1988B (not the PK5 Driver, manual of notebook says, the P5K Premium got a AD1988B)
  • Realtek R1000
  • Skge Marvell Yukon
  • Realtek RTL8187/L for Wireless
  • Regular DSDT Patch
  • and some apps

It installs fine and the boot sequence looked very promising, but after maaany kernel lines I get this on my HP w2408h display:

The same comes up with DVI->HDMI and DVI->RGB. What is causing this, how can I fix this?

These are the last lines (sry for the cropping, but my digital camera is made for photos, not for videos)

After the screen gets this crippled image, the HDD is doing some work and then nothing happens. On some boots I had some different crippled images. Onetime I could see the mouse moving! :(

If need more info, tell me!

EDIT: After using my 4870 instead of the 3650 I got visual contact! Maybe the 3650 is broken? I'll check and inform you later...

EDIT2: Checked with Ubuntu x64, full hardware rendering available, glxgears @ 6000FPS and more, compiz smooth and all that stuff (with ATIs proprietary driver). so it must be the driver! Besides, the More Info in about mac craches and loading a dmg (tried latest firefox) caused a hang up. But that are other problems, the 3650 has the highest priority! Any ideas?
