inbe
Hello, I've been trying several days to make MacOSX Kalyway 10.5.2 installing on my computer (Intel Mainboard with 82875P-Chipset (lspci does not tell me the extact marking, only graphics are from ATI, the rest is Intel), Pentium 4 2,8 GHz HT, 1GB RAM, 2 S-ATA harddrives Samsung 80 GB). Although it fails at Darwin Bootloader. In the darwin boot prompt I type in -v. About 7 lines appear and it reboots. The last line contains sth. like "loading kext /Library/Extensions.kext" and HFS+. It's too fast to perceive anything else. I've already read many comments. Inter alia there is a failure on the DVD or the NX-Bit in the BIOS could be deactivated. I reburned the DVD, but it still doesn't work. The NX-Bit-function does not exist in my BIOS (AMI). But I've activated everything which sounds like protection. I've also deactivated the S-ATA-Controller and booted only with DVD-ROM. But failure. Entering -x Darwin takes several minutes to load all drivers, but it also reboots. Do you have any idea? I would be grateful for any advice. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/144577-mac-installation-always-reboots-in-darwin-bootloader/ Share on other sites
