markd97
I ran the battery out and when I went to reboot my macbook running 10.5.6 it just clocked. I pressed apple-s to see the boot load and there are hundreds of missing files, all in the same directory. I tried to run my install CD to run disk utility and it is soooo scratched it can't load. Anyone know of a mac disk repair that I can run from a windows vista partition? I can boot into vista using boot camp. HELP!! I really don't want to shell out another $120 for a Leopard CD. Thank you.
Marclh
You can try MacDrive for Windows, it might fix the error. If not, you can find a OS X DVD on some certain "websites" if you know what I mean.
rzsoar
You can always ask apple for a replacement disk. I've gotten one for Tiger before, so why not Leopard? Good luck.
