PopSmith
Earlier I successfully booted into the installer for OSX86. However, couldn't install it due to the fact I forgot to allocated space off my NTFS partition. So I shut down, booted back into Windows XP SP3 and ran Partition Magic. I had it deallocate ~20GB into an unformatted partition and rebooted once the changes were applied only to have OS X get Kernel Panic (CPU 0 Caller 00407075). I tried changing the 20GB partition to FAT32, just to see if that would fix the problem with no luck so I changed it back to unallocated space. I don't have any external drives connected at all. I will keep fiddling with it and see if I can get it to get past the kernel panic. If I succeed I will be sure to reply with how I fixed it. Thanks for any help!
