[Need Help] ASUS P5QL PRO

I manage to install Mac OS X with iDeneb 1.5.5 and with iATkOS 1.5.5. Use pathced bios from DSDT and ALCInject.kext for audio. Didn't have SATA DVD, so I used external PATA to USB adapter. Don't forget to turn on your HD to ACHI (in BIOS).

 

I still have problem with VGA ATI HD4850 (only 1024*786 for now) and NETWORK chip.

• Install method: iDeneb 10.5.5
  
• BIOS Version: Pathced 0601 DSDT FIX.
  
• Audio: Realtek ALC1200 - work with ALCInject.kext & AppleHDA.kext.
  
• LAN: Attansic L1 - kext from iDeneb disk doesn't work. Use PCI Realtek.
  
• SATA - OOB.
  
• IDE - did't test.
  
• ACPI (Shutdown, reboot) - work fine.
  
• Video: nvidia 7300 GT - work with NVinject from iDeneb disk
  

What this bold mean? Ethernet card on board is: Atheros AR8121/AR8113/AR8114 Gigabit/Fast Ethernet Controller. Can some1 tell me who is autor of this? There is no model of this PCI Realtek or kext.

 

I find that many ppl looking around for the same kext. We would be very thaknful..

I could be wrong but you you should have one of the three Atheros controllers. Which motherboard do you have? I checked that link and it shows all Asus boards.
