iATKOS 5i 10.5.5 installation problem

Hi, I wish you all Happy New Year and may all your wishes became true this year. I have iATKOS 5i 10.5.5 MAC OS X Leopard based for Intel architectures. My computer is

CPU: Intel Pentium D Dual Core 2.8GHz

RAM: A-DATA 2x1GB and A-DATA 2x512MB

Motherboard: ASUS Commando with chipset P965 + ICH8

NVIDIA GeForce 6600

I have 2 SATA drives - Seagate Barracuda 250GB and 500GB. I tried to install MAC on the second drive. I have removed all cables from the first. Also second drive is partitioned with MBR - 1st partition 25GB is with Ubuntu, 2nd - swap for Linux, 3rd was the 2nd Linux, but I formatted it with MAC OS Extended, Journaled, 4th is NTFS - very important for me, also I'm using GRUB bootloader. I must admit that I'm quite noob with hardware, but I know some things.

So I have tried to install this release on my PC. In the first try - I have choosen all kernel in Customize section and to install all nVIDIA drivers with Chameleon bootloader. I suppose this is why it didn't boot. So I have tried next time with EFI bootloader and choose again 9.5.0 kernel (I don't know if this is Vanilla kernel) - this time also I have messed all with other drivers and it did boot - but until the Apple screen. In the third try I tried with 9.2.0 kernel, but this time showed some errors during installation, something =in console and of corse it didn't boot up even the bootloader. After that I was worried if this killed all my partitions, but after reinstallation of Ubuntu all partitions showed up. So my first question here is - is there any chance these installations may brick something on my hardware? Second - I know that there are Intel-based MACs - some kind of MACbooks, and for PowerPC architecture with all theser G4, G5 processors Apple have made. I know that this discussions are for Intel architecture MAC releases. So, I have downloaded this release which is for x86 architecture -it is pirate of course, but if is Pirate so there is possibility I can buy for x86 architecture MAC OS X Leopard (not for Intel based MACs)? Next, I have readed in HCL page for 10.5.2 successful installation with motherboards with my chipset, and 10.5.1 releases with my motherboard - ASUS Commando - so can this thing run on motherboards with same chipsets not counting the CPUs. For know I have stopped with tries and I have transformed Ubuntu to look like MAC OS X. Please, help me I'll appreciate it.
