I have installed the marvell pkg for 8001 but nothing happend. My mobo should have 8001 e 8053. And I think the 8001 works out of the box So some one out there (with the same mobo) is so kind to post me what I'm supposed to use to make may day? You might have to edit the info.plist to set YOUR DeviceID but it shouldn't be needed, so try it first! Boot with -v to see if it actually loads! SticMAC ps 1 out of 20 boot it might give you a KP but if you need it going, you will have to live with it! First of all Thank you for your prompt reply , I saw that the kext should work for the 8001. This kext must be installed with kext helper isn't it? Maybe reasonable to get additional 1394 host adapter board? Will try...
