Rubyducky
Hello, My onboard Realtek didn't work so I dropped in an Intel 82546eb dual gigabit ethernet card I had. The computer boots up fine and is recognized and I can use the internet. However, after a few minutes, or even a few seconds, the computer hard freezes and I need to shut off and on again. The computer does not freeze without the card. This card works perfectly in a PowerMac G4, so is there a driver around that I need to install to fix the freeze problem? Sorry if I'm missing any information, but i'll respond with it. Currently using iDeneb 10.5.4 Thanks Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/143878-intel-82546eb-gigabit-ethernet-freezes-machine/ Share on other sites
