Can't detect the FN (function) key when remapping. Want to swap CTRL -> FN and FN -> CTRL

Hello !

 

I've been trying to remap my FN key to be the Control key (and vice-versa) for some time now. I thought it would be easy, so I simply popped the FN and CTRL keys out of my keyboard, and swapped them.

It turns out that what I thought it would be the easy part, is actually the :wink2: HARD part.

 

I own a late 2008 Maxbook Pro (2.4ghz). I tried several software and now I am confident that Input Remapper will work, but I simply have no experience with it.

 

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
